I am trying to log in but it won't let me, why is this?

  1. Have you got the correct username and password? Upon registering your business you should have been e-mailed a copy of your registration details. These would have your username and password on it; check these details then try again.
  2. Have you inserted capitals/numbers in the wrong place if at all? Username and passwords are case dependant so check that these are being inserted in the correct place.
  3. If you have checked all these details then fill out the adjacent online form and we will get straight to work to find out just why this is so the matter can be resolved quickly.

I am trying to advertise a new venue to my business, however this is not working, why is this?

  1. First of all the ability to advertise multiple venues for a particular business is only available to those businesses registered to an either gold or platinum scheme. If your business is registered as a bronze or silver scheme this service is unavailable. For further information on this or if you wish to upgrade your account to allow for this then please fill out the adjacent form.
  2. If your business is registered under a gold or platinum scheme and it will not allow you to add a new venue then contact us either through the online contact form or directly via the details provided upon registration.
